Windows 7 RTM Download Leaked – Untouched ISO
The final Windows 7 RTM build ended up being 7600.16385. No we didn’t forget about 7600.16385′s leak. The build was first leaked last week by the Chinese from PCBeta, who distributed it in three separate RAR files containing the installation files for the OS. Fans later took these files, compiled it into a bootable ISO, and redistributed it via P2P. Microsoft promised it’s OEM partners that they would receive the final RTM ISO on July 24th. The ones who get their hands on the untouched ISO first will be leaking it to the thousands of hungry fans that want the real deal from Microsoft.
Zukonka, who has leaked numerous development builds in the past, is the source of the final RTM untouched ISO leak. The torrent has been leaked to P2P sites. This should come as no surprise to Microsoft, as builds have been leaking regularly during the development of Windows 7.
Hashes can be used to identify whether your image has been modified. The ISO Verifier by Long Zheng is a good tool to check ISOs, or Hash Tab, which places a tab for hash checking in a tab under a file’s Properties.

The point is, you can use it 30 days without a key, and hope that you will get one (or a crack) within theese 30 days.

i’ve seen an earlier build (7229? 7233? 7260??, i’m not sure – but for one of these) activator working fine with the final 7600 build
Win says it’s genuine and activated, BUT it WILL expire on march 2010. Till then, there will be a better activator, but this works excellent till march.

Sheesh, how are you going to get a key when it isn’t even out on the OEM machines? Wait til it is officialy released like when VISTA was and you will see the cracks coming in waves XD. For now you could use the “replace the RTM to RC activation” crack, it will work till march 2010 ^^, and replace it with a RTM activation later on.

I find your comments absurd. It’s obvious you have no idea what you are talking about. The Windows 7 RTM iso files released on torrent sites are genuine. Hence, why do their hash files match the “authentic ones”. They are hard to fake. Don’t worry Gates, the masses will buy Windows 7 in droves. It is not crappy software like Vista which would crash on me at least twice a day. The times it crashes are random. Sometimes it crashes early in the day or late in th evening. It’s a good thing I didn’t pay for my copy of Vista becuase it really sucked! Also, I’d have to sue MS on behalf of all affected consumers. I have already preordered several Windows 7 family packs and a few Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate copies. For once I’m a proud Windows user. I just wish they would have called it Windows 8 or 9. The OS was created in 2007, but it is released now. Hmm, I never did find out why they named Windows XP, XP….”extra potential” perhaps? Lol.
The name is not for it was made on 2007, this is the seven os that microsoft launch.
XP was codenamed Experience, so then when it came to release they just called it XP.
The patch with using RC1 keys is not working properly, it will work for a few days, and you will get a “This copy is not Genuine” in the right bottom corner of the screen plus black wallpaper. The best way is to use it with no key at all for 30 days then Rearm (Google it) for 3 times, 120 days in total. A proper crack will definitely be available at that time. -Cleveland- people pay money for legal keys so forget it. Even on WinVista or WinXP there are no keys for free (they are already blacklisted for activation but only needed for installation,) Anyway enjoy this awesome leaked copy of W7 ant stop moaning!

I haven’t tested the RTM->RC activation trick yet, maybe I’ll give it a spin.
I have been using a key I got from Microsoft for Windows 7 releases which has worked fine (at least up to build 7229). I’m not thinking about upgrading to the RTM but wanted to check … will that same key still work and give me a window until March or am I fated to only get the one month window that I’ve seen discussed above?
Unfortunatly the key that you have will not work and the rtm will expire in 30 days unless you use an activation crack or rearm. rearming will only allow you to have an extra 90 days in total making the total 120 days.
Advise to everyone:
Use the rearm trick until there is a crack released. You can rearm 3 times in total, giving you 120 days, which by then a crack will have been released.
There is no working full crack as of yet. The activator people are talking of only registers until 2010.

you can install without a key. Then replace the activation tokens (in safe mode) with the tokens of an pre-RC or RC build. After that it’ll tell you that your copy of win7 is not genuine, and ask you to activate. You’ll have to wait a bit, and then press activate later. After that use an RC key and activate it online directly from Microsoft!

Technet implies you paid for something… I’m talking about being an official invited technical beta participant that gets one for free. I find it hard to believe that both builds 7600.13684 and 7600.13685 were considered final, were covered extensively in these articles, and were even checked for hashes, digital sigs, etc., yet neither have been added to the Windows 7 Downloads page…

hey – i’m a newbie and desperately need help. my techie exboyfriend (MS employee) loaded W7 beta or RC (not sure) on my netbook last year. now here i am stuck with the computer shutting down every 2 hours. i don’t know computers that well, and have spent many hours reading all sorts of stuff about how to do this re-install.
however…. i’m living abroad and don’t have access to any help and the ex won’t help me
