If you have people dedicating their futures to becoming tomorrows scientists, doctors and professionals in various fields dedicating large amounts of time to study rather than working for a wage, it is fair to give them a discount. It gives a helping hand to their study when they could otherwise not afford it. I dont understand why people would rather stand around and piss and moan that someone else is getting somthing you are not rather than looking at the big picture and realising that it is in our best interest ultimately. By the way i am a working family man that went only to yr 11 in highschool so i am not biased. It really is not that hard to work out when you think about it.
