		<description>Try changing your location to United Sates (search for &#039;change location&#039; in the start menu), and do a restart. If that doesnt fix the problem, there are some complicated ways, just google with the right keywords.

I think they are future-proofing.  If you plan on having the laptop for 3+ years, you&#039;ll probably hit the 3gb/4gb standard days.</description>
