Windows 7 Build 7048 x64 Download Leaked
Windows 7 Build 7048 x64 (64-bit) was uploaded by DiamondNRG on March 2nd at around 8PM, just a few days after Microsoft sent an email around that notified subscribers of a build 7048 distribution. The torrent is now all over popular torrent sites. The size of the file is 3.31GB and the MD5 hash is AD6F261F 6AC20FA0 F50F7DE7 54491863 A2DD16C2.

Previously leaked screenshots show what has been changed in Build 7048. Here is a quick list of them:
- New Start orb animation
- Alt + Tab now works with Aero Peek
- New icons for Sticky Notes, Paint, and Calculator
- Taskbar improvements have been made to accomodate 24%-39% more icons depending on resolution
- Windows Media Center updates
- No more send feedback buttons in every window
- Windows 7 Professional is there instead of Business
- Wider variety of compatability options

Update: Here’s a statement from DiamondNRG as regards to when he will upload 32-bit Windows 7 Build 7048. The comment was made on Mar 3.
Ok guys, here is the update.
First of all, Holy ****, quit the posts, I can’t read all this ****!
Second, I never ever stopped seeding, EVER. Third, I can only seed at200kB/s so with 8000+ peers you guys are barely going to getanything from me.
If anyone else would actually seed, it would be all different.
I am in the process of getting it copied to a place with a massiveupload speed so hang in there, this should be ready within 30minutes.

Also, x86 is not going to be coming out tonight, I never said it would,I said I would release it when I have it. Which will hopefully be tomorrow. MAYBE

The easiest way for all of you that wants the x86 version is to subscribe to the RSS-feed that is mentioned at the end of the article.
It’s pretty unnecessary to post questions regarding it here, since noone actually knows when exactly it will be released, except the guy who leaked it.

Heh. I see you took my initial post in the completely wrong way, and also made it into something personal. It wasn’t intended for that.
What I meant with my comment is that nobody actually knows when the x86 version will be released on the torrent sites.
If you haven’t noticed it already, much of the information posted here on Windows7Center.com also exists on other Windows 7 blogs.
So in essence: screaming about wanting something here in the comments doesn’t really help that much. Just keep your own eyes open for the information on all the available Windows 7 News-resources that exists.
It WILL pop up somewhere.

Is not a real Microsoft copy.It did not come from microsoft dont know where it come from but its seem’s ok just not real
why??
take a close look at the trademark and the copyright symbols, and also compared to any other version of Vista the font size are slightly different on a couple of line’s, Microsoft is very meticulous about their logos and characteristics. But the copy seems to work, I guess for now that’s what’s important
Just to let everyone know that DigitalNRG will contact me as soon as he gets a hold of x86. I’ll be paying attention to sources so I can alert you guys immediately when it comes out.
