		<description>It means you will have to reinatall a retail version of windows such as XP or Vista. If WIndows &amp; is out by then, then you will have to reinstall or upgrade to the full release version.
Another awesome note is that I tested the upgrade tool for Windows 7 from Windows Vista Ultimate. I did not have to reinstall my applications, they are all still installed!!!</description>
