Microsoft lifts 2.5 million download limit on Windows 7 Beta

After the fiasco Microsoft had with the Windows 7 Beta launch, Microsoft decided it owed the Windows community more than just an apology. Instead they lifted the 2.5 million download limit and placed a January 24th download on the beta instead.
These few days were definitely very exciting. From spending hours refreshing the Windows 7 page to scouring websites for workarounds, we now all have a chance to enjoy Windows 7 Beta on our computers.

Hi there
I am having issues installing office 2007 on Win7.
When I run the exe in the office CD, it comes back with an error…
Any suggestions?

Ja, ik heb Windows 7 gedownload. Maar er is niets van toegevoegde waarde ten opzichte van Windows Vista. Zonde van de tijd, uw geld(later), en een negatieve kant van Windows komt nu boven drijven. De zucht naar geld. Windows Vista is voor mij goed genoeg. Het is snel, snel genoeg voor alles wat ik wil. Geen nieuwe Windows verder. Nogmaals, zonde van uw geld.
I have put Win 7 onto my spare system and generally it is very good… but I have tried to install Office 2007 and it comes up with a bootstrap error. I have also tried on different DVD player and also copied it locally… strange…an MS OS that doesn’t like MS products.
I have also tried Office 2003 and Office XP…both the same… Anyone got any idea?
