Aero Snap let’s you have the same popular Screen Docking / Windows Snapping features in Windows 7 ported over to Windows Vista or XP. This includes screen maximizing, and auto resizing at the left and right sides.
It’s a simple tool, but very useful. It also works with multiple monitors.

You also need .net framework 2.0 or higher. If you don’t have it, you can get it here.
Keep in mind the software is still in beta, so you may experience a few hiccups here or there. Overall though, the program is pretty stable and easy to use.
