PQ-DVD has designed the first Multi-Touch app we’ve seen on Windows 7. It’s an application to organize iPod and iPhone music and videos easily on a touch-screen panel.
Users simply drop their device onto the computers surface. A connection will immediately be established and fingers can be used to manipulate music and other media using just your fingers.
We’re beginning to see more and more real-life application of touch incorporated into computer technology, but this video proves to be a little disappointing. It only shows that multi-touching to be a very tiring activity. Perhaps this would be more practical if there was some way of getting the screen to finger-level, perhaps on a tablet device or the Microsoft Surface.
Edit: You probably noticed that the computer above is running on Mac OS X. We hope HotHardware just screwed up on the video, but not on the actual news
