:) I have found the solution finally. It's sound weird but...That error prevent us from writing anythings to partition C [of w7] Here what i have done: I have Windows Xp in the first partition and Windows 7 in the second one. First, boot to Xp and run check disk for all partitions (You can see partition of W7, as well) Windows + R >> Cmd - enter>> chkdsk (type: [ chkdsk /? ] for help). reboot to Xp, let it check disk again at boot time. Now reboot again to w7 to see how it helps. If you still have problems (I had with my PC - laptop was ok) boot to XP, >> open My computer >> right click on each drive >> Properties >> Tools >> Check error >> Check all boxes. Do the same with all drives. Hope this help. Good luck buddies.

@Brian,
It shows error messages saying 'Disk structure is corrupted'. It first happened when I tried to extract a network driver on the desktop, The zip only partly extracted I got the inf but not the .sys or .dll file. I'm not sure if this is some sort of protection but I couldn't extract this file to any folder on windows 7. I switched to vista x64 and extracted it and went back to windows 7 and it installed.
Other programs cause the same error as well if they install to the root folder like fraps, I get the error but the program works, Windows 7 works I can play games it runs without crashing but I get these error messages still and problems installing software. I'm pretty sure its to do with file access permissions.

@Xnguyen, I've got this problem too. I was installing some application and I suddenly got this message. Since then I haven't been able to install any other program or write anything on disk. Does anyone know what the hell makes this happen ?

I've got the same problem, I can't install any programs or activate the beta because I keep getting the disk corrupted message. So far, I haven't found any solutions.

I downloaded the files can't get a key microsoft should have known a few people might want the beta. I really hope nobody is going home at MSFT tonight till they get it fixed. I have to say Windows Seven now has its first strike against it. Two more till we know we have a dog.

Souds good, the Microsoft web server seems to be a little slow at the moment which would suggest several thousand people refreshing the same page every few minutes or so. Hope I get through! Can't be arsing around with torrents when you canget a legitimate unmodified version for free to play with!
