Im going to the one in philly but i was to late to get the windows 7 so i got to go to the windows server
do u have to be an it pro or developer to go? will they care? i signed up to go but am neither, just interested in windows 7 and of course the free copy. will i have a problem? is there some sort of verification process once u get there?
Well if you put developer you prob can get away with it but it pro they will probably know. Also they probably wont even care.

Yup photo ID is needed upon signing in.
