you probably got a fake build. no watermark should come up
Intel C2D e6750 @ 2.66 Ghz Stoc ; MB : Gigabyte P35 DS3R rev 2.0; 2GB Crucial Ballistix Tracers at 800 MhZ DDR2 ; eVGA 8800 GTS 320MB ; Samsung HDJ 640 Gb .
it cant be a fake build , i have it from a very reputable source.
There was something like that in the past, i think this watermark came up when you patched the TCP/IP limit, which is completely unnecessary since win7 doesn't have this restriction anymore (nor does vista SP2)

64 bit? Using a driver signing tool? Press F8 and bypass Drivers Signing enforcement?

Windows Defender WILL identify this program as a virus.
It is definitely not. They see it as a threat because it bypasses Driver Signing (useful when a company provides .sys files that are unsigned because they won't pay the fees to sign it)
In that program, you can enable and disable test mode.
Run it, Click Disable Test mode and click next. Should fix things right up.

I'm running a release version of Windows 7 Ultimate and had to disable driver signing so I could get my Pinnacle PCTV 800i PCI card to work properly in Media Center. After I did so I got the little watermark in the lower right about being in "Test Mode".
I believe mine turned on when I followed these instructions:
Disable Driver Signing in Windows 7
You can probably turn it off by doing this...
1. Type CMD into the "start menu" search box
2. Right click on the CMD tool that appears in the search results
3. Choose "run as administrator"
4. in the command console, type: bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING off
At least, that's my guess, working backwards from what I did to turn it on.
fozzyuw has the correct answer.
There is nothing illegal or otherwise with the OS.
