And so, we announced the preliminary results available to vote on the willingness WINDOWS INTERNATIONAL 7 to RTM release:
"FOR" - given 7004 votes - 82%
"AGAINST" - 24 votes - 0.28%
"Had not voted" - 1513 votes - 17.71%

To ensure that the vote is successful in the results should not be a single vote against.
Those who voted against it, or should withdraw its "no", or must justify the need to delay for another two weeks, as well as the need to justify the failure to remedy the error detection set hotfiksov.
These preliminary results for 16 hours at MSK 16.07.2009 year.
We look forward to hearing more ....

well vista went rtm on build 16386 so ... dunno ... i vote fake until proven otherwise :D 16385 works and feels great i kind of think that might be the final one ...

Wzor seems to been have "kind of inaccurate" in some rumors, while rumors like this make me think that the guy probably actually works there, or knows someone really deep within the company. The vote statistics are really specific on what's going on in the company.

If the voting process is now and 12% have not yet voted, I suspect the build to leak in a day or two before the voting has been done. And then MS will announce the final RTM in a couple of days. That's my prediction =)

Craz , i got two surveys from Microsoft last night asking if it was ready to go and it had about fifteen catagories to say yes or no to .

It's still 7 a.m. in Redmond ATM, it's only a WZOR speculation, but they put dates and build numbers to it, it might mean they could have got some wind.

But one strange thing is that they couldn't have had much time to work on it since it's only 7AM, so perhaps they worked overnight, or just had a successful vote on 16386 and made it jump to 17000?

We like to talk about all the speculation here. Debunking is half the fun. I have been a member of neowin for a long time but I don't care for the place to much. the blog is ok but the forums suck. So much bull**** to weed through it gives me a migraine.. And most of the mods are on a power trip...

Haha!! I wouldn't trick you, only trick I had done was the "Win7 RC media selling at Walmart" in PCBeta, and PCBeta is full of BS's anyway.

Been talking to WZT via email. He just told me that the build string is fake. Now I am wondering if the Wzor man knows his stuff or if he just took the voting details from that post... perhaps it may not be fake. Awaiting the Chinese to leak the next build
