Microsoft Security Essentials 1.0 Beta Code Name Morro Download Tomorrow

I was reading on my digital life that tomorrow June 23 Morro Beta Will Be Available For Download VIA Microsoft downloads. I dont know if download will be limited to a certain amount of people so if your interested try to act quick
Below is a little of what i read.

Microsoft is expected to release Microsoft Security Essentials for public beta testing on September 2009 June 23rd, 2009 via http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/, and several leaked screenshots of the Morro has appeared on the Internet, even though the final product will be available only before end of 2009. Now, Windows users who can’t wait to try the newest free Microsoft Security Essentials product from Microsoft, or to replace the paid anti-virus or anti-malware subscription, copies of its setup installers have leaked to Internet, and available for free download. However, do note that although it’s labeled as version 1.0.2140.0, it’s still a beta pre-release software, and may contains bugs. The beta, RC or final RTM of Microsoft Security Essentials is expected to have a newer build.

I dont know if im actually gonna be using this on my primary computer as my anti virus because its still beta, but i might try this on one of my other computers. I currently using Avast 4.8 Professional, and am very happy with it. I have had many scares, but NO viruses since installing. I figure Why remove somthing thats working great for somthing that i dont know too much about, or even know if its gonna protect me as avast has. Im not trying to talk anybody out of using Morro because it seems really GREAT but it is still beta so be careful. With any beta theres risk of errors.

To those(including myself), who downloaded the torrent, you won't need this.

Tried it and removed it about 4 hours later after expieriencing slowdowns accessing and opening web pages including this one.

As soon as I removed it with Revo Uninstaller things returned to normal.

    Your milage may vary.

Oh by the way, thanks goes to Conduct for letting me know that the leaked version is actually a higher build than the public release, don't know why though. I'm still going to use the public though.
